For Parents
When you are leaving a message on our nurse’s line, please speak slowly and clearly and give the following information:
- Your name
- Your child’s name
- Your child’s date of birth
- A phone number at which you can be reached
- A brief description of the reason for your call
Please allow for five business days for medication refills and completion of medical forms.

Other in-office services we offer, include…
- Visits with our own CLC certified lactation counselor, to offer guidance and appropriate support to parent, as well as helping them prevent and resolve any breastfeeding difficulties.
- A social worker available in our office to help patients discover resources in our community to meet their needs, to help create a treatment plan, and to advocate for the patient in different capacities.
